In connection with your letter on October 16 regarding renewal of contract, we understand what had happen to you. After we have taken into deep consideration in respect to your situation, we would like to inform you that we would be able to renew the contract for the coming two years.
However, because of your delay, we have suffered from numerous complaints from our customers as a consequence. We therefore request that remedies should be included in the new contract in order to secure our benefits.
We considered that 5% total sum of individual order value will be deducted from your account in case of 5 days delay in delivery incurred. Details of the terms will be sent to you under separate letter by our contract department.
