advertise yourself as a top-quality brand, the product we purchase (present perfect ) was well below the standard we expected. Unfortunately, one of the executive armchairs is damaged _____ (reason word) the leather was torn. It would be appreciate it if the faculty goods can be replaced as soon as possible.
Also, you mention (past tense) before a 10% discount can be offered if we order over
$10,000-, but inside the invoice we could not found any discount or special
offer. Could you please issue another invoice for us, so that we can pay for it
immediately?
