With reference to your email dated 16 Oct 2006, we are sorry for the situation you faced. With years of cooperation, we trust that this situation will not happen again.
Since this issue did cause inconvenience to our customers, we would appreciate it if you could offer additional discount so that we could offer the same to our clients to rebuild the goodwill. Please consider this option and we could discuss the details during our meeting regarding the contract renewal.
Early next week is also convenient to me. Shall we meet at 11:00am on coming Tuesday?
