We fully understand your situation but the dispute led to many problems with our customers. We are now handling several complaints and some of our customers are requesting compensation.

However, as we have good relationship with your company, we still consider renewing the contract next year.

Although this matter was beyond your control, much inconvenience has been caused. We would appreciate it if you could offer a discount in case of any late delivery.
