Computer Price Negotiation

Dear Sir / Madam

I am the representative of a large chain of computer store. We sell computers directly to the public.

We are interested in your new computer model, the AT 500. We would like to buy 4,000 computers as a first order. We expect we could have a special discount for such big order.

May we know whether this price includes the shipping cost or not? Does this new model have a Cantonese version? We would like to have an exclusive agreement in your market.

If would be grateful if you can offer us a 12 months guarantee. Could you please delivery the 4,000 computers as soon as possible?

In terms of payment, we are prepared to pay 30% pre-payment, 30% on delivery and 40% on 3 months after your delivery.
