Thank you for your email regarding your interest in the AT-500 computer. We are sorry to inform you that the AT-500 model is now out of stock and our latest model is the AT-400, which has a much better performance than the AT-500.

Our standard minimum order is 5000 units and the price is $8000 per unit. There will be an addition 5% charge for shipping and the order would be shipped about 30 days after confirmation.

Concerning the terms of payment, for first time customer, we need a bank for guarantee on the payment and we require a 50% pre-payment, 25% on delivery and 25% 30 days after delivery. For an order of over 8000 computers, we would have a 3% discount offered to our customer.

The exclusive agreement would offer to customer with more than 100,000 units each year for the next three years. Lastly, we would offer a 12 months guarantee for AT-400 and our manual is available in all European and Asian languages.

2. Is there any Cantonese version for the manual?

3. May we have an exclusive agreement?

Tourism on the Island of Bozburun

Dear Mr. Brown,

I am writing to report on tourism on the island of Bozburun. To be honest, it seems that we have slight problems here.

Firstly, the infrastructure of tourism is not enough, not many scenic places for tourist to visit and they could only enjoy sun and sand holidays here. Secondly, there aren’t enough shopping mall and traditional souvenirs for tourists and it appears that they are not willing to spend too much. In addition, the constructions of building are not in a very good condition and it seems the unspoilt areas are in a danger of being destroyed.

I would like to recommend improving the facilities, promote and advertise Bozburun traditional cultural hence attract tourists from other areas. We could also train our staff for providing a better customer services. I hope these could improve the tourism on the island of Bozburun in the near future.

I am sorry that I can’t join the conference next weekend as I have been assigned to go to Shanghai on next Thursday to have an urgent meeting with one of our customers. This customer in Shanghai had been doing business with us for over 10 years, my supervisor really wants me to discuss with him in person, I’m really sorry about the last minute notice.
