Island of Bozburun

After two months of field work at the island of Bozburun we’ve found out the following conclusions:

Although we thought the island may be a resort it seems that the range of the activities may be a bit limited. I think that tourist could have slight difficulties to enjoy their selves and as a result they wouldn’t spend much.

On the other hand, our investment in this project has made a good profit. Actually, 5 hotels have invested in the island and a casino may join the project next week. I’m afraid that the investments could fail because of the quality construction. To be honest the quality is not very good. Besides, unspoilt areas might be a bit damaged if we run our present project.

In that case I would like to present you some solutions that I think they may help.
First of all it would be better to slightly improve our product strategy. That might be better if we attract tourists from other areas so that we could improve our aims. In order to achieve it I think it might be useful to create a cultural tourism in order to let them realize that we are offering a wide range of activities. In that case, a customer service office may be a bit necessary. I would like to suggest that you prepare a training course for the staff making sure that they would be ready to answer all kind of enquiries.

I guess the idea I’m providing to you may sound quite expensive but let me tell you that I’m pretty sure there aren’t other ways to solve the problem.
