Hong Kong & Macau
Hong Kong and Macau are both China SAR city but there are different legal systems. As the casino, Hong Kong SAR is an illegal building and government also have a legal rule to stop it from development. However, many casinos are built in Macau everywhere. And it is main tax income for society benefit such as children scholarship.
Besides, Hong Kong and Macau have different tastes to make sea food. Hong Kong almost use steam method because Hong Kong people dislike to strong tasting food. But Macau people use fry method to cook sea food
